KVIS Annual Wine Tasting Fundraiser - March 19, 2011

Snow reports…School closings…Roof rakes?  WHERE’S THE WINE?

Come thaw out at the annual KVIS wine tasting where we’ll celebrate the beauty of all
the seasons as seen through the wine barrels of vintners.  Please join us on: Saturday, March 19, 7:30p.m., at the Katonah Village Library.  

The annual Wine Tasting Fundraiser Event is more than a Katonah tradition, more than a fundraiser for our community group, its an opportunity to kick off the social spring by joining old and new friends after a long cold winter. Enjoy socializing, wine, food, live music, and of course raffles.

SAVE THE DATE: Spring Cleanup Scheduled for Saturday April 30th

-- KVIS SPRING CLEAN-UP -- Why is Katonah so special? Because we care. After a remarkably heavy winter snow, our hamlet is in particular need of a good spring cleaning. Save the date - Saturday, April 30th. As in prior years, KVIS will hand out routes and bags in front of the Katonah Village Library. Come as a group or individually, and know that every little bit helps. This is an especially rewarding activity for families and a great way to pass on the tradition of community action. In 2010, prowling the nine routes throughout the downtown hamlet, and well beyond, the community collected hundreds of pounds of refuse. This year promises to be just as productive!
